Symphytum caucasicum 'norwich sky'
A clump forming perennial cultivar with pretty sky blue flowers.
Grows around 2' x 2' (60cm x 60cm) with large arching leaves. Would make an excellent ground cover plant but as well as covering the soil it would smother smaller plants growing next to it.
Grows well in most situations but hates being dry. Will grow in semi-shade or sun. The main flowering season is April to June but the season can be extended if the old stems are cut down.
